The welcome was warm and there were very prompt responses to our emailed questions. The room is comfortable (not fancy) and clean. We appreciated the toaster and M'wave.

The standard room was lovely, will start with underground parking hght 2.5m so our jimny with awning managed well, there are trolleys available to help with luggage easy access by the lift basement floor. Amenities very clean, reverse cycle a/c, very clean cabin. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Great parking (car and boat) close to shops and clubs.
