We were not disturbed by noise from the surrounding bars etc. As my group consisted of 3 children age 5 and under we did find fact they could escape from garden around the side to front of property a concern but the information provided did make this known so cannot complain. "We chose to start our second trip to NZ with 4 nights at this house. What a fantastic move. The views are absolutely extraordinary. Fantastic location just a short drive to beautiful Onetangi beach. (Walking path more like a steep hiking trail.) Easy drive to do may wineries, Oneroa etc. inside, the set up was functional and comfortable. Good beds, showers, well equipped kitchen. The management agency Waiheke Unlimited, is terrific."
