"Great property and wonderful guest! We were in Round House three days and we regret not to spend a week, at least...It's a wonderful place to relax, we enjoy the jacuzzi thanks to Joe, who is a excellent guest. He gave us useful information about how to get giant stadium, what to do in Sausalito, and plans to make with children. My family and me, finished our stay but we would like come back in the future. "The space is exactly as advertised. Bring sandals to go between the loft and the studio and to get out to the hot tub!The views from the hot tub were top notch. The studio doesn't have its own heating element and we found it a bit cold so we slept in the loft, but if you're going to need both keep that in mind. There isn't a dedicated spot to dry dishes either so know that. Overall we loved the location, the host was nice and communicated well with us. Thank you!"

"Unit itself was great for pets, and host was very gracious about having a furry guest! Dog bowls, towels, and treats were also provided. Place was clean and super comfortable. Only minor downside is that the neighborhood is not very walkable beyond Ash street, stuck in between two main thoroughfares with not much shoulder/sidewalk/trail space. But just a short 5-10 min drive into downtown Mill Valley! (Also great Wi-Fi speeds!)"

"The washer dryer did not work, the couch was cheap and not comfortable, the location is behind a 24/7 all night massage parlor and on the second to last day my apartment was almost broken into and the tenants next door were broken into and had to board up their windows with plywood abd when I reached out to the landlord during the emergency theyvweee unavailable and I had to leave in evening for a hotel because the other tenant told me the location always no longer safe.
