O host Tetsuji San é muito cordial e solícito, ajudando em diversos momentos da viagem, seja reservando algum passeio ou buscando/levando a algum ponto da ilha. "トレーラーハウスなので、ホテル程の綺麗さは望めません。 しかし、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれたり、無料のシャワーや更衣室、洗濯機(洗剤は自分で調達)もあって、ギリギリまで遊ばせてもらうことができました。スタッフの方は、近隣の説明もしてくれたり、とても親切です。 自分たちでBBQをしたり、色んな楽しみ方ができます。"

"Amazing experience. The condo was lovely and the service was absolutely outstanding. The staff were so helpful and kind. The property is within easy walking distance of food, the monorail, the beautiful Fukushuen Gardens and the beach. They even allowed us to use a room for our baby to sleep after we had checked out so that we could wait for the taxi service to the airport. The taxi service was complimentary as well. I cannot recommend Coral Gate highly enough - if I could give them 10 stars,...

"急遽で探した宿泊施設でしたが、誤解を恐れずに、めちゃくちゃ良い意味として、可もなく不可もなくでした。沖縄的に言えば、普通の上等。チェックイン・アウトも無人なものだから、まるで自分の部屋に帰ってきた感覚で、気を遣わず落ち着いた時間を過ごせました。個人的に、他所で宿泊すると、いつもより寝つきが悪くなるのですが、珍しく夜すぐ眠れて、朝久しぶりに2度寝しました。とても良かったです。今度は家族で、大きいタイプの部屋に泊まりたいです。"
