"This is a very special place. You pay for the tranquility and the peace. You have a private beach all to yourself. And the deer are super friendly (yes). A great plus is you can BBQ on the beach yourself. Please fix the big fridge and make more kitchen utensils and plates and glasses available. That would make it even more positive. I would come back. "We had an enjoyable stay at our condo at Duck Key, Hawks Cay resort. The owner was responsive when we had an issue with one of the toilets leaking.The kitchen amenities were a bit lacking. The pots and pans were a challenge, one frying pan was warped, one of the pots was beyond use, non-stick surface was all chipped off and not useable. We had to use the oven to toast our morning bagels or bread, there was no toaster. We did request a toaster, but one never arrived. The blender was...
