"NOT Hawks Cay, this property is located at Hawks Cay but J could not go to Hawks Cay unless I paid for a room, which I did and it doubled the expenses I had planned for this trip…. Unacceptable, that should be clearly stated in the property description ! ! No pool is not accurate, since many other townhomes in the community has or has not a pool! "Prime location on water right down the street from Kiki’s restaurant. Close proximity to grocery and other shopping. Negative about property was that you couldn’t turn the air down past 75 degrees and didn’t disclose this information until a few days before check-in. Property had nice big bathrooms and was dog friendly which was great. Would stay again in cooler months."
