"We really enjoyed our stay at Pacific Shores Resort. The apartment was very clean and quiet with all basic amenities stocked. Communication with the host was good and he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and deal with a minor issue that arose. We travelled all over the island from this location and it was a comfortable place to come back to at end of day. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The location this property is excellent. While it is a bit out of Parksville it is easy to get to and there are lots of walking trails. Everyone we met there was kind. The indoor pool and hot tub is great and they have a very nice outdoor hot but. The indoor pool was closed one day but that was ok. For the unit itself, the owner needs to have someone do a deep clean. They also have no room in the cupboards in the kitchen if you want to put any groceries you buy in the cupboards.I did need to...

"When we arrived the condo was immaculate and as advertised. Great location close to Parksville but away from the hustle and bustle. We goofed when trying to lock our unit despite the owners clear video instructions and the lock timed out after too many tries. Greg fixed the problem within minutes. "We had a great week at the resort. The accomodation were great. Ocean view from our suite. Had a great hot tub area outside, but it was very busy. A few guests over stayed their time at the hot tub. (Smoking pot and drinking). Overall the grounds were well kept and had good walking paths."

"Me parecio muy decepcionante que no tuviera aire acondicionado, la habitación era un horno y solo habia un ventilador de broma. Por otro lado en el anuncio del apartamento pone que tien cocina y lo que tiene es un microondas multiusos que como quieras aprender como funciona pierdes tus vacaciones leyendo el librito de instrucciones. Se escucha mucho a las habitaciones de los lados. En definitiva no volvere nunca ni se lo recomiendo a nadie ya que encima el precio es alto. "
