"Well.... it has a very nice pool. Expect to feel ignored, unimportant, and at times in the way. This place could be very nice, they just need to fix their attitude and realize who's actually paying to stay there. In the hands of another top tier hotel, this could be a fabulous place to stay. I'm not sure why ownership doesnt get it. Yes, the locals who have the money to stay there are more than willing to tolerate feeling like they should be treated poorly, but anyone else will feel it right...

"The view from our hut was great. The resort is NOT private. We had to change rooms becuase the beachfront cabana at the botton of the hillside was hardly a good room. kids were looking in our window as soon as we arrived, workers hanging out on the outside leaning against or desk railing as soonas we woke.There are random dogs wandering. "It’s a great and very convenient hotel! Right across a mall so you can’t beat that! Central to a lot of places around Davao! Just wished the rooms were a bit roomier. But it’s still a great hotel especially short-term stay/long weekend getaway. Staff were amazing and helpful!"

"TThe hotel was okay, conveniently located near SM. However, the breakfast options were fewer compared to the one in SM North Edsa. Breakfast should have a variety to choose from."

"The pool wasn't working. They should at least notify the future guests before their stay or offer a discount. We were hoping to spend some quality time in the pool because of the weather, but we had to go to other resorts and spend extra money to enjoy one. The hotel is nice, but the rooms need maintenance."
