"A short walk to central Surfers Paradise. Plenty of street parking for our visitors and free parking for guests. Clean, well presented, nice staff, excellent price. Photos represented apartment well. There was a construction site nearby which did not trouble us with noise. The lobby looks like it used yo have a bar and dining but doesnt seem to be operating at the moment. Lifts were all operational and quick. Little balcony was great and could see the ocean. For the price, excellent value. "

"Compared to other apartment based properties, this one was the absolute best in the area by far. We stayed in the one bedroom superior ocean view. The view was amazing and with binoculars you can see whales in the distance. Everything was clean and tidy. Large fridge/freezer and gas cooking stove. Everything was in working order. It came with a bath as well as a shower. The bed was actually a king size, not a queen or two doubles pushed together like other places fool you into using. Xanadu...

"Excellent apartment facilities with friendly cheerful staff. The on site restaurant was well worth four trips including one take away. Located mere metres from the Cypress Avenue light rail station. Some of the facilities amenities appeared to be closed for renovations or merely it was off peak season. All in all a very enjoyable stay at a good price."
