"We LOVED this place so much that we rebooked for another long weekend within one minute on the drive home! The umbrella and chair setup was on point as well. "

"When we first got there we had to call at 12:30 at night and get 3 different codes before we could get in. The property was clean and the exactly like pictures, there is a microwave and mini fridge. The a/c wasn't working for 2 days of our stay and the property manager never made contact. The room got up to 80 degrees but after the a/c started working it was okay"

"Very clean updated studio. Deck and back yard are very well kept. Has everything you need when coming to an extended or short stay. All amenities were as listed if not in better condition than I would have thought. Owner was extremely accommodating at all times. I would stay again. "

"This is a much older studio. It was very comfortable for me and my husband. I could see that it would feel crowded with more than 2 people. Overall it definitely needs some upgrades and a little TLC but even with that I would stay here again. The reasons I will return include the area which it is located is less crowded; the pool and patio areas at Top of the Gulf are very nice and clean and it is evident that they are dedicated to improvements; the elevators are fast and staff are very helpful....
