"Communication was smooth! The house was beautiful - everything was very clean and smelled wonderful walking in. There was welcome snacks and she even provided cups for the Kurig. The house is in a very cute and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were outside walking their dogs and kids were outside playing basketball. We really enjoyed staying at this property!"

"Outdoor Shower was perfect for washing kids off that somehow get sand in places you didn’t even know existed. Beach cart and cooler. Boogie Boards. All great surprises for when we checked in. It’s enough off the beaten path for some peace and quiet. You’d never know you were sharing the space with other guests in the other units. You’re definitely on the more family side of PCB as well."

"Very clean & super cute house! Host was very nice & we enjoyed our stay. The only reason I gave a 4 vs a 5 was because the house is behind the host's house in her backyard and this was not disclosed anywhere on the site. Could be an issue for some people as you have to walk past her to get to the house & since they live there, they are always around. Truly loved the house tho and didn't have any issues. Very convenient as you can walk to the water & restaurants which was a big plus."
