"The hotel was hard to find. We could not enter the building until another person staying there let us in. We could not find the passcode to unlock the key lock box. I contacted Expedia several times and they did their best to contact the hotel owner. Took about an hour and the hotel staff finally came out and showed me how to enter the code and unlock my keybox. I realise there is a language barrier, but it was very frustrating when we were waiting in the hot lobby trying to contact someone....

"This property had it all!! Very clean, and well kept. The owner has thought of everything you might need during your stay. We wished we could have stayed longer! "

"Escondido, no explican cómo entrar, gracias a una pareja joven d Taiwán q lo habían cogido por airbnb q se pusieron en contacto para ver cómo entrar, con mil datos y un número d clave q mandaron para abrir un candado, la llave estaba dentro, d no ser por ellos dormimos en la calle, sin hoteles en la zona. Fuimos a un hotel q no nos abrió siquiera "

"The place was nice and new. Fairly small but enough room for 6 of us to sleep comfortably. Lots of stairs and the 2nd and 3rd floors have the bedrooms. Nice sitting area on balcony (4th floor). Fairly conveniently located, within 10 minutes of various subway lines. 2 minutes to 7-11. "

"Pequeño apartahotel. Muy centrico, se va andando a dotonbori. A tres minutos de la parada del metro. Cafeterías y supermercados cercanos. Camas cómodas, baño impecable. Hay lavadora en la habitación. Microondas, herbidor y vitrocerámica (pero no menaje de cocina). No hay recepción, directamente te registras al llegar. Limpieza diaria de la habitación. Muy satisfactorio. Gran relación calidad/precio."

"The room was quite nice and new and the customer service is TOP, they replied very quick to any issue. There's no reception, but before you arrive they send you a code to access the facility. Everything went fine and we had a great time. Room was clean and looked like the pictures (superb!!). I would recommend it 10/10 and probably will book next time. The only two things I would improve: - room fells a bit naked, there's no wardrobe nor a table to lay things/eat - the elevator in the facility...
