"Also zunächst einmal, ich liebe Hotels der Valamar Gruppe. Die sind alle super! Essen ist gut, das Servicepersonal im Speisesaal ist super nett. . . Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Wer hier also einen schönen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden machen möchte ist BESTENS bedient!!! Bei diesem Hotel gibt es zwei Sachen die mich wirklich gestört haben. 1. in unserem Hotel (dem Veli Mel) gab es kein WiFi. Ich hab das ein paar Mal urgiert und hab dann so Anworten bekommen. . . es gibt kein Problem...

"Bellissima la posizoone con un panorama stupendo sull'intera cittadina di Arb dalla finestra della camera. Spettacolare la terrazza con ampi divani e spazi, condivisa con la.camera accanto. Personale cortese, disponile ma qualche sorriso in più ed un approccio meno fornale e con maggiore calore nell'accogleinza non guasterebbe."

"Parking was a nightmare; not enough spaces, blocking or being blocked by others (once awakened at 6 am, once blocked by staff, also by a guest for an hour. Rooms were dank & humid, hiked 106 steps to go to breakfast. Laundry at harbor had no parking, only 2 machines. Charged for a "Superior" room. Ad said king bed. Had 2 uncomfortable twins. Nothing to recommend"

"Great value for money & staff (from reception, cleaning and bar, everyone is very professional, friendly and helpful). This Villa is a bit retro but fully functional. Parking is 14 euros a day but worth the money as it is right in front of the villa and very safe. "There is nothing says it’s a family hotel We had a issue and want to talk to the hotel manager, she made it so hard, the front desk called her 3 times, we thought she was home turning out she was just next door in the office. The toilet cover has stains and the bathroom door has yellow spots. Foods are salty, don’t bother booking HB, not worth it."
