"Nico and Eunice's property is as shown on the listing. The view is spectacular and the location if perfect for walking to town, restaurants, ferry and the wine museum. Nico was incredibly helpful with suggestions ahead of time and while we were there. He was also very responsive to any questions or left us a nice welcome gift of local items upon our arrival. "Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, rustikale Möbel, bequeme Betten, tolle Terrasse. Meerwasser Becken fußläufig erreichbar, allerdings steile Straße. Sehr gutes Restaurant in Laufweite. Vermieter sehr nett, ein defekter Toaster wurde umgehend ausgetauscht. Ausreichend Parkfläche auf dem Grundstück, Zufahrtsstraße ist sehr steil, gutes Fahrkönnen empfehlenswert."

"Casa Rosa (the Pink House) was the perfect spot for our 5 days on Pico for our group of three couples. The owner, Manuel, speaks English fluently and is extremely helpful. He, and his brother- and sister-in-law, who live next door, were very responsive to any issues we had, including coming over at 11 pm to restore power lost during a storm, and responding within a few minutes when one of our party got locked in a bathroom! And, after all their help THEY gave US a bottle of wine for our trouble!...

"The location of this property is spectacular. Just steps to a beautiful little beach and a fantastic view of Pico. The unit is very spacious and the front deck is a great place to hang out with views of the farm fields, Pico mountain and the ocean. Some items in the unit could use some updating such as coffee maker, toaster and pillows. Otherwise it had everything we needed. "

"We loved this Adega and were so sad to leave! The house is lovely and well appointed. It is so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed listening to the waves from the porch. We really appreciated the washer and dryer! There is a nearby natural pool with bathroom and shower facilities that we had to ourselves.
