"Extremely disappointing and concerning experience. During my stay, the hotel charged my account for items I never consumed. When I disputed this, they provided two conflicting documents: an unsigned slip and another with a forged signature that is NOT mine. To make matters worse, management is now harassing me with CCTV footage from a completely different time (March 3rd at 8:35 AM) to justify charges that do not match. "This was such a great pick. We could happily live here a month. The multiple patio design gave extra living space. The pool, restaurant and bar were very good and affordable. They had a great wine selection - hard to find in the Philippines. The staff was very helpful. The property appears to have recently been updated. Very clean. We loved the rainfall shower. It was huge with a rock garden. An excellent value. Away from the noise but close enough to be walkable. We would absolutely stay again."

"Almost everything was perfect in this beautiful boutique hotel,nice decoration,nice room(samia),perfect beach,lush environment,attentive and well English spoken staff.Restaurant with potential,offers a very good quality and varied a la carte options but ambiance and music at nights should be improved to make it more romantic,inviting;now is too bright,looks like a cafeteria.Breakfast is quite simple and repetitive,no natural orange juice offered,which is a must."

"Great hotel, pool was definitely the highlight and what made me book. Staff were helpful as much as possible, some didnt understand english too much but it was good enough. Restaurant was good and check in was flawless. Checkout couldve been a bit faster but overall a great experience. The room had a few tiny little imperfections but small enough it didnt bother me. Id go back as long as the price doesnt increase too much."
