"Nicest hotel in the area but I wouldn’t rate it 5 stars. It’s old and the pillows suck"

"Extremely disappointing and concerning experience. During my stay, the hotel charged my account for items I never consumed. When I disputed this, they provided two conflicting documents: an unsigned slip and another with a forged signature that is NOT mine. To make matters worse, management is now harassing me with CCTV footage from a completely different time (March 3rd at 8:35 AM) to justify charges that do not match. They are using fake evidence to cover up internal security failures. Even...

"Excellent stay; was here for three nights. Beautiful, quiet, and well-maintained property. Everyone on the staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. The resort is located just a few miles from the busy, loud streets of Alona Beach. Thus, it offers a pleasant escape from the noise and traffic. The mangrove forest, located behind the resort, is a lovely nature reserve and there is a great sunset spot at the end of the boardwalk. One of the best resorts in all of Panglao."

"Overall a lovely place to stay. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because the neighboring properties burn their garbage nightly and the smell really infuses the rooms. A small in room air filter would be a welcome addition to each room."

"Beautiful hotel located on the white sands of Alona Beach. Walking distance to everything. We stayed four nights and never had an negative issues. Breakfast buffet is one of the best in any resort/hotel I've stayed. Fern and the rest of the breakfast staff were wonderful, kind, and made sure we didn't wait for anything. Very attentive and professional staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
