Amazing stay with our family of seven! Communication was wonderful, helped us prepare and even had a birthday cake waiting for my husband. Will stay again! Clean and pictures don’t do it justice. This is a great place!

Girls Trip 2025

Very clean and comfortable home with nice size rooms and bathrooms. Pool has recently been updated and was amazing. I can’t say enough about THE PERFECT view of the Caribbean and absolutely the most beautiful sunrises ! We were checked on to see if we needed anything during our stay which we greatly appreciated! The home was always comfortable temperature and we loved the central location yet On a quiet little street. Everything was just a walk or gold cart away.

Great Location!

I liked we were in the middle of the island. We could explore either end easily. Pool was beautiful, ocean view and the rooftop was very spacious and nicely shaded. Would rent again!

Our group of 6 were very comfortable in this amazing property right on the coast!! Amazing views, pool, and spacious living, kitchen, and dining. Bedrooms and bathrooms were just perfect for our group!!!

Great Place!

Spacious and clean, we enjoyed our stay at this villa. Beds were soft and everything worked except the oven but tacos can be made on the stove top! No frills but we didn't need any. Easy location and the sound of the ocean was amazing. Sharing our space with neighbors was easy and polite. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view

This property was very clean and comfortable. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the central location. It is located on a busy corner so there is street noise when outside enjoying the pool. There is also construction next door. It wasn’t a major issue during our stay. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. We could definitely book again.

Perfect!!

This was my second time staying here and it was every bit as wonderful this time around. The house is beautiful, the view is AMAZING, and the location is perfect! The owner is VERY responsive and helpful and it was just seamless from start to finish. I went with family the first time and brought my girlfriends this time. They couldn’t believe how gorgeous it was for the price. We love the view from the top and love the sounds from the deck. I’m ready to return already! This was my 6th time to Isla (my favorite place on earth!) and the last two trips we’ve stayed here. I’m pretty sure we will be staying here for all of our future visits!

Nice property, great location!

This property is right in the middle of the island, which means that it was very nice and quiet at night but still close enough to the Centro area (short cart ride) for convenience. It has small details that can easily be improved such as replace the ceiling fans, fix the main entrance lock and get better curtains but overall we really enjoyed it. Thank you for helping us have a great vacation!

Beautiful house

We had a great time recently on our trip to Isla! There was a total of 10 of us and the house and backyard were great. I will say, I don’t think the house sleeps 10. It sleeps 8 comfortable. There are couches that our kids slept on, but not enough blankets and covers for them. That is the only hiccup we had. All in all, the house and hostess were amazing

Great home, perfect location!!

We loved our stay here. The home was great, clean and meet all our needs. The sound of the crashing waves from the roof palapa Is next level relaxation. The location is the PERFECT place to stay on the island that allows you to get anywhere in a short cart ride. Loved our stay and will be back!!

Great Views

We went on a fishing trip and this place did not disappoint! Beautiful accommodations and centrally located to everything on the island. Good places to eat within a short walk. Views were excellent and my wife is insisting I take her next year!

Very nice property centrally located on the rocky east shore

Property was as advertised. A few positive surprises: 1) East wall of property is right on the sea wall, not across a road like most on the east side (btw east side is ocean side with crashing waves while west side is bay side and is calm like a lake) 2) Little grocery store 50 yards away and Mike's Pizza south down the road act as good markers to find your way home and are both great little businesses. 3) El Gato ... the cool black cat and iguanas were fun outback. Detractors: 1) fridge was bad, only marginally cooled, door wouldn't seal up 2) the upper balcony is wonderful for 15 minutes and then never used again because there is no fridge up there. Its not that we are too lazy to trek down three floors of stairs for drinks and snacks, it is that one has to break away from the conversation. A fridge, ice, and processor up there would make a huge positive difference. 3) The pool is nice but no one uses it because it is shaded in the afternoon and evening. Overall, exceeded expectations and we would like to stay here again if returning to Isla Mujeres. BTW, to those new to Isla Mujeres, it is much quieter and slower than Cancun. Most people get around on golf carts or mopeds. There are a few things to do/see and overall should be considered a relax and take it easy trip not a go go and do trip.

Family Vacation

Traveled with our 2 sons and a few of their friends. Our first time to Isla. The location was great! The house was ok...oven didn’t work, the toilet wouldn’t fill and TV didn’t work (all were rectified). The A/CS upstairs didn’t work very well. There were no extra pillows, blankets or towels, which would have been helpful. Since I have never been to Isla, I don’t have anything to compare it to, so I would rate it as average.

Great stay for young adults!

Great location to watch beautiful sunrise is right on the ocean. Had several young adults staying with us in the house. It was perfect for them the house was a little rough in spots however very clean. The pool was a little dirty and the filter wasn’t working. But the kids enjoyed the location anyway being right on the ocean was perfect. There was only one safe in the house I wish there would’ve been one for every room but we made it work. Never spoke to the manager but the people who clean the house the one time while we were there was cordial. If you plan on renting this house be prepared to buy everything that you need it should draw way

Great Place. Great Location

Our stay was amazing. The location was perfect in a great little neighborhood walking distance to Carribean Brisas and Mango Cafe. The pool was terrific and the ocean views were spectacular. The property manager stopped by to check on us and they supplied more towels after we requested them. This was perfect for our group of 4 couples. We'd highly recommend.

VRBO makes it right!

VRBO mistakenly rented us a property that was no longer available and shouldn’t have been listed. We discovered 3 days before traveling that we had no place to stay. Needless to say we were in a panic. VRBO was initially fairly responsive but then became fairly unresponsive. Emails were not answered in a timely fashion and telephone numbers didn’t work. We were a party of 8 so we needed a larger house and were really concerned about whether there would be a suitable replacement found. We spent 24 very anxious hours. In the end, VRBO came through for us. They found us a great replacement house and they covered the difference in cost. The crediting and rebilling was done accurately. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you, VRBO. All is forgiven.
