This property was ideal for our family vacation. The pictures were current. It is a very spacious property and was very clean. We used their recommendation for transfers from airport. Their contact met us at the property and surprised us with a plate of chips and guacamole. The kids loved the pool, the adults loved the views, and all enjoyed the relaxing chairs and couches for watching sports. Showers were nice and hot. We used their service to have them do a little shopping for us. In future I would pay extra to have airport shuttle stop on the way ( cheaper) and more options. You just have to carry it. Kitchen had plenty of plates and glasses. Would have been nice to have plates that you could reheat in microwave ( plates provided were melamine which shouldn’t be microwaved). Hand soap at sinks. Would advise bringing own soap and shower products. Only thing was confusing was if their was washer and dryer and how frequently cleaning provided. Lists washer and dryer but not available. You can ask cleaners to wash and dry what you need. That worked fine. I thought we were to have daily cleaning but only came when requested. Perhaps this was because it was a holiday week. This property is not walking distance to downtown but there are many things to do within walking distance. You can arrange for golf carts for all or part of trip. This worked well for us. We would definitely return to this property. We enjoyed our stay. We love Isla!

My group of 5 adults had a fantastic time at this property. Highlights are the incredible views, great layout with en-suite bathrooms, private pool, and a nice gathering space with comfortable furniture. The host communicated to assist and answer all of our questions. Isla Mujeres is a special place and I would be happy to stay at this property next time we visit.

The touch of getting a golf cart delivered for our stay is highly suggested. It was the perfect place to stay for our Isla Mujeres adventure:)

The house was in a great location. We appreciated the relaxed evenings on the south side of the island. The house was set up well for our family. My husband and I traveled with two late teen/young adult daughters and his parents. Plenty of room for all to have privacy and come together as a family. It was particularly nice for each room to have an individual bathroom. The A/C cooled everything off very quickly! Everyone could adjust their room to their preferences, fantastic!The pool was convenient and a lot of fun. The color changing light made for fun evening swims. The patio by the pool provided plenty of shade for our non-swimmers. The check in and out process was easy. Communicating with property manager and owners easy and both had quick responses.

Absolutely amazing multi-level home gave our family lots of space and privacy, while also having an open floorplan with plenty of comfy seating. Perfect location on what we think is the best side of the island for catching beautiful sunsets. Concierge services like pre-arrival grocery order, helpful info on golf cart rental/activities really made the trip go more smoothly. Such a nice welcome to have chips and guacamole when we arrived! Comfortable beds, large bathrooms, big closets, awesome covered lounge area next to pool deck for escaping the sun if we wanted to. On the quieter south end of the island, still had nice options for restaurants a short golf cart ride or walkable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Casa Mar Azul, we'd happily come back to stay again!

Five days in paradise at Isla Mujeres!

We had 6 family members (Mom & Dad, my daughter and her husband and two daughters, 19 & 28). My 28 year old daughter lives on the island so we have a built in guide tour. The property is located in the South end of the island, but close enough to drive a golf cart all the way to the North point to experience the beach and downtown fun, restaurants and yoga at the Tree House with Cristobal & Kayla (which was a highlight of the trip). The pool at the property was an amazing along to hang out and the upper deck offers both sunrise and sunset views that are spectacular. The master bedroom has an incredible view of the water and the Cancun city skyline. We spent so much time in the pool deck and upper deck watching boats sail by and taking in the crystal clear blue & green water. The property manager was very responsive and we even had a person come by to walk us through everything for check in. He also made us chips and guacamole and chips for our arrival. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance and the Mayan path is a short walk away and a must see for beautiful ocean & rock views. The property is “ad advertised” and we highly recommend this location for anyone who wants to experience first class service, amazing views and a perfect functioning property for family.

Ideal location for family trip

Stunning View

This house has a stunning view. We enjoyed relaxing after my daughter's senior spring break in Cancun. We loved having a golf cart to ride around in. The best food we had was Ulan Eatery, just a short walk down from the house. Our kids declared it the best pizza they had ever had!! Thank you for the great spot!

Fantastic Location and a Beautiful House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley and Todd's home and would definitely return. From the start their communication with us was fantastic. They helped guide us towards transportation, golf cart rentals and even getting some grocery's delivered. Once there our communication was with Stacy, the property manager, who was nothing but kind and helpful. The home was breathtaking and the views of the ocean were even more aw inspiring than the pictures. Our two kids (ages 7 and 10) didn't want to leave the pool. Each bedroom had their own bathroom, which was very nice, as well as a half bath in the main area. The rooftop was amazing but we mostly spent our time on the patio off of the living room. The weather was perfect and we loved watching the sunsets from the patio. The area is quiet (with a little music coming from nearby restaurant, but not enough to be disruptive or disturbing). The beds were very, very comfortable and we had everything we could need. There were seven of us staying (ages 88 - 7) and we had plenty of room to spread. The kitchen is small but it was perfect for our needs. We even managed to make a lot of meals in it. All-in-all this was a perfect house for a perfect vacation. We highly recommend staying here.

Okay stay

The place is okay and basically as described. The room downstairs was not desirable to us as it has no good natural light and is long drapes but you can see this in photos. The man who checked us in made a point to stress that in Mexico the C and H handles are opposite due to being in Spanish. This is important because it caused us to believe we had no hot water for the first day because that was not the case (maybe switched and he didn't know?). The spouts in the upstairs showers had major issues and the glass around the pool was absolutely filthy. We notified them and this was addressed very promptly. Pillows weren't set up on the roof but we found a cupboard and dusted them off to use. Last day the AC leaked all over a countertop and damaged my friend's leather bag. Management never responded to the video we sent of this so it felt like they didn't care, but we let it go. The view is pretty, location is nice, close to nice restaurants and shops and beach clubs.

Beautiful home

We stayed in this beautiful home with friends and had a great time. The owner and property manager were super nice and were very quick with communication. The pool and home were very clean and the view was stunning. We loved the restaurants that were walking distance and would definitely stay here again!

Christmas vacation

We decided to go away Before Christmas this year on a family vacation with our adult children. This house was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own bedroom, their own bathroom, the view from the deck by the pool was amazing. We also loved the top floor view. We had travel delays due to an ice storm. On our way there. We were able to communicate with the house manager to let them know that our arrival time kept changing. When we arrived late that evening, Omar was there to greet us with the best guacamole, and pico that we have ever had. Most places were already closed for dinner, so it was nice to have something to eat when we arrived. I would stay at this property again if we are back in Isla Mujeres. I have already told several friends about it in case they choose to book this for their trip. I would recommend renting a golf cart and we did that for the week and had this delivered to the house. If you were looking at this property for your next trip, I would suggest booking it! We have no regrets.

Gorgeous View

It was lovely waking with the sounds and view of the ocean—leisurely coffee on the covered patio , poolside, every morning!! This house was everything we needed and more! Kayden greeted us for checkin, and Stacy gave us golfcart rental info as well as booking our taxi back to the ferry. Both very helpful!! This home is on the quieter south end of the island though there were a handful of fun places within walking distance—The Joint, Ulan (yum yum) and Kin Ha. Most of the action we saw was taking the golfcart to Norte Beaches and all the eateries and shops. We only had 3 in our group but 6 (or even 8) people would still have plenty of room in this spacious home. And the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking if you like. The one thing to be aware of, you cannot actually access a sandy beach from this home but can pay a small fee at the “beach club” to eat, drink and relax down on the water. I’ve stayed on the island more than a dozen times and it was great to experience the south end for the first time!

Amazing trip

This was a magical trip, it couldn’t have gone any better unless we had stayed longer. Ashley, Stacy and Monica took such good care of us. This place is perfectly situated away from the crazy hustle and bustle of the tourist area, but yet quick to all. The golf cart was just perfect. There are many restaurants near the house if you don’t want a cart, and very good too. We ate at Rancho Capricho three times.

Great place

Great place in great location. The owner was more than accomodating and available at all times. There is a manager and housekeeper available at all times. Beautiful view with great places to eat and hangout close by. Staying on south end of the island is highly recommended to be away from the busy north side that is just a short golf cart ride away.

The house was perfectly described online. Communication with property owner and the property manager were great! Monica cleaned the house daily to include laundry. We couldn’t have asked for more. Pool was excellent and the views were amazing! Highly recommend the south side of the island! And will stay at this house again.

Live music is plentiful!

My wife and I absolutely LOVED it here. Ashley was great at communicating with us and Stacy, the property manager was excellent to work with as well. Ashley helped us get set up for transportation to and from the airport, to the house, and the golf cart. Stacy got us set up with taxi when it was time to leave to take us back to the ferry. Omar had fresh guacamole and pico de gallo de ready for us upon arrival. The beach club next to us is an excellent place to snorkel! We spent most of our time there. The Taco place across the street has AMAZING tacos and The Joint has live music all day long. We sat on the top deck and listened to the music a few nights! The island really is such a great place full of amazing people.
