"This was my first visit to Folly Beach. This property is about 2 miles from the beach but is an awesome location. It is an extremely comfortable space and close to anything you need. The neighborhood is peaceful and very friendly. The host responded quickly to any issues or questions. This will be my place anytime I come to visit again. I highly recommend it!"

"Wonderful staff, great location, very convenient to families Any issue at all. Thanks so much"

"Great location. Close (within 10 to 15 minutes) to downtown, Johns Island and Folly Beach. Host very responsive."

"The place was perfect for what I needed. Close to the beach for morning dog walks and afternoon sunshine. Also close to downtown for good food and drinks. Teresa is very quick to respond and super friendly! The place itself is great and exactly as described-Charming studio is exactly what it is- it’s small, but again, EXACTLY as pictured and described."

"Great place for a weekend get-a-way. Beach access is right across the street and only 1mi from downtown Folly making it easy to get around. Note, the unit is part of a triplex with a unit in the basement and two upstairs units . We stayed in B. Pleasantly updated with two bedrooms and 1 bath, nice living area, dining room, and galley kitchen with everything you need. No washer and dryer in unit B. Host was very communicative and accommodating."

"Our family had a great time staying at your place using kayaks, fishing, easy drive to the beach and Charleston. Thanks you for a beautiful place to rest for the week!"

"Amazing location and excellent host communication any time we had a question."
