"They tell you that you have all these amenities or complimentary stuff but they leave out the important details. I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. "The property was so terrible that I left after a few days rather than stay the full 25 days! No hot water and the windows leaked when it rained flooding the room! The kitchen was just nasty with dirty dishes in the drawers! Roaches everywhere and the shower leaked cold water all over the bathroom floor! The towels had holes in them and everything was a lie! "The studio was very dirty. We sent photos to ebookers.fi to see how dirty it was. In bedroom roof was spidernest hanging. Bathroon bathcurtain was black so dirty downpart. Dust and dirty all over. We neededto wash the dishes when arrived as dirty. Only 2 towel wassort of clean. All the rest weredirty and stinked so neededto wash them. Dirt and dust in furnitures and on the floor. NOT recommend this place 1 Tower 15 L studio. Owner did not take any responce."
