Apartamentos en Isla Live Oak

"Very unique rental. Location is excellent within walking distance to the lake, dinning, breweries, music, parks and historic district attractions. Rental was very comfortable for us and our two small dogs. Beautiful park right across the street where we could walk our dogs. Nice well equipped kitchenette, great shower with plenty of hot water and a very comfortable bed. Slept great."

"Communication with the host was great, the place was spotless. We were close to downtown restaurants. "

"The check-in process was a breeze. Also, everything was very organized and clean. This is the perfect go-to place for my wife and me whenever we are in town visiting our family. We were super lucky to find this hidden gem. Looking forward to renting again next time we are in town! "

"Needs updated. Looks like it had some type of water leak and it was never repaired. I was highly disappointed but stayed anyway due to the fact that I had rented from them before and know this was not"

"Everything was incredible and the owners were extremely helpful and accommodating! Would stay here again 100%!"

"Has everything you need to be comfortable. Well furnished and clean! Would stay again"

"We had a great stay. This place is roomy, clean, and perfect for any length of stay. We had difficulty getting in with the code but host was able to help us immediately even tho it was past 9pm. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. "

Even then that washer is still difficult to start. The apartment itself was livable for a few days but not more than a week. The location is wonderful in downtown Sanford. I honestly would not recommend renting this place again."

"Property was great except for the fact that the entire place smelled of pet urine. Couldn't stay. Had to cancel. Very displeased"

"We had such a great stay at The Porch! The space was absolutely perfect and incredibly well stocked. Truly, if we didn’t bring it—they had it. And if we didn’t even think of it—they already did. The attention to detail made everything so easy and comfortable. The owners were responsive, helpful, and clearly care a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. A fun unexpected bonus was getting to enjoy some band practice from the kitchen windows and backyard area—it added such a cool...
