"This house was in a PRIME location. The views were gorgeous from everywhere in the house. We really enjoyed walking down to the beach and hanging out on the many porches. This house was even better than expected, two massive kitchens, plenty of bedrooms to spread out and so peaceful. You are also only a short drive away from the pier. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The house was beautiful, the view of the river was lovely, and our 3 boys loved the backyard and exploring the water access area. It was very centrally located to Portland and an easy drive to get everywhere. We also appreciated Nick's emailed list of suggested restaurants and activities and used some of his suggestions which was great as we had never been to the area before. We would definitely stay again! "

"Great location and interesting layout in this historic house. It was the perfect respite for our stay before our puffin tour the next day and close to town for a concert on the common and restaurants. Note : to access one of the bedrooms you need to go through the bathroom, but it worked out fine. Dmitri was super communicative and was kind enough to let us know we left a pair of shoes there after we departed. "Beautiful stay in Maine! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Harpswell, Maine. The house is stunning with large windows that offer breathtaking views of the water-perfect for relaxing with coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening. The home was thoughtfully stacked with plenty of extra towels, toiletries, and even some snacks-made one feel right at home. The location is great-just a short distance to a charming country store, local restaurants, and scenic walking...

"Wish I had more time in this spot! Awesome walkability to restaurants, coffee shops, bars and more. The backyard felt like a private oasis. Mark was a great hose and even provided a delicious croissant recommendation. I’ve been to Portland prior to this trip, but if I come back, this would be my first choice."

"We had a great stay at Heron’s Perch! This house has lots of space for hanging out and sleeping. The beds are comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels provided and a well stocked kitchen. Our absolute favorite was the wonderful, private front porch. This house is within walking distance to everything down front on the island. If you’re looking for space and being close to the ferry, stores and beaches I would highly recommend."

Owner is quick to respond to any questions, and went well above-and-beyond to help us out when we experienced an unforeseen situation. I am so very grateful! "We had great stay at this property in late August. The house is very well appointed, very clean and well stocked. The location is great - close to all attractions (and convenient to exploring nearby areas) but felt very private. Zac was a great host and super easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"This home was a gem nothing short of amazing the 360 views from any room were top notch.My only complaint is that the floors were very sandy/sticky/dirty, we swept and mopped shortly upon our arrival but this would not deter me from renting again and again. So comfortable & gorgeous. Do not even think about it BOOK IT ASAP. 10/10 would return. "

"This was an excellent home for our multi generational vacation. It had something for everyone. Really enjoyed swimming, kayaking, fishing, board games and the sunsets. The place was clean and clearly well cared for. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and area attractions. Thanks for a great stay! "
