"Had a fabulous stay with 2 other older couples...quiet neighborhood and a very short drive to many great restaurants..."

"The home was as described. Walked around neighborhood nice and quiet. Lots of ducks, birds in pond across the way. 1/2 hour to an hour to many beaches. We went to a different one each day. Beds comfortable had all the appliances and kitchen gadgets we needed. Only downside all towels in closet were so damp had to dry but we had a washer and dryer. Grill needed to be cleaned and smoked us out. Should have heated po very cold but the kids stayed in until they were blue and then took a hot bath....

"This is a one of a kind vacation for a large family. Plenty of space and house was great. Golf carts and kayaks were used daily. Be sure and bring your groceries. The property management does great helping everyone wand their luggage to the house on arrival "

"Stan and Liz exceeded our expectations! Beach towels, bikes, beach chairs…. that’s what we wanted and there was so much more! The pool was warm, the house was very clean, bedrooms were so comfy and the spacious walk in closet helped us stay organized! Manasota Beach was only a mile away (shark teeth ) and it was 15 minutes to Caspersen Beach. We will be coming back for another week long stay. This teacher gives this house an A! "
