"Lovely house! Everything you need for a wonderful vacation on the beach. The clothes dryer is a little loud and is missing the lint filter, so a few articles of clothing went missing…but we found them below the house where the dryer vent blows out. Other than that little mystery, our stay was perfect!"

"Had an extended Prospect Wire tournament in the area with my oldest son. The house was PERFECT! The remodel was done really well. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We needed an extra night at the last minute and the host was extremely accommodating with our schedule and our needs. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay at a great house."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property! The three bedrooms provided plenty of space, and the home was clean and well-maintained. The back patio was a highlight—we loved relaxing there each night and playing cards. It was wonderful that the property was dog-friendly, making it perfect for our family.The pool wasn’t working during our visit (not pumping or heating), but the owner was responsive and kept us informed. " Great house and location was perfect for us. Very open floor plan and more than enough room for 6 adults and 2 small children. Pool was fabulous!! Used it everyday. When we had an issue with the air conditioner the owners were very responsive and it was fixed within 2 hours. Beds were comfy and the house was very clean. Definitely would stay there again. "

"House was in a quiet neighborhood where you can take a walk if you need to. Quick drives to food and golf. Was a bit of a drive to the beach but getting around is fairly easy in this area. Place had a hot tub and a small patio to soak up the sun. House was clean and host was very receptive to messages. Thanks for the great stay!!"

"It was beautiful especially Boca Grande, went on a charter fish trip which was amazing. The property was also amazing nice dock and canoed the first day it was fun but then we saw a lot of gators but overall would come again! "

"Was just as listing said, we had 8 adults and 4 children, all stayed comfortably at the house and it was nicely decorated big pool in backyard along with hot tube. We couldn’t have asked for a better place it was a great stay."
