"Apartment has ants everywhere including on ans inside the kettle, bath/ shower and next door were so loud and their cigarette smoke was coming onto the room making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. Message properly but they said I should’ve called the night emergency number which was continently placed in reception but I had no WiFi or phone service on the island "

"Location was good, resort rooms/apartments need work as the are aged and run down, only 1 kayak didn’t leak, no bikes, grounds and pool/deck was good, iguanas are locked in a small cage with nothing and overcrowded (should be at least a small bird aviary with a tree/shrub them in it), food was good, u have to ask for rooms to be serviced (u might get it). We had no water a few times and couple of nights, Beach was good. "

"Hotel has no elevator so need to climb 1 or 2 floors, with luggage if there’s no porter. Location quite near beach cafes and bars. Walking distance to city’s only shopping mall. Hotel rooftop has good view of sunsets. There’s a karaoke room and small coffee cafe in lobby "

"I would like a refund for the accommodation. The property was not as advertised. There was no operating restaurant. The room was unclean The shutters on the windows broken. Overall very unsatisfactory and not what was represented. I would like my $1200 money returned."
