"Place is wonderful, easy access to the beach, house is fully equipped. Has lots of beach toys for the kids, chairs,umbrellas definitely would stay again. The pool is awesome. We spent a-lot of time enjoying the back yard. Highly recommend. "

"This was a brand-new home and fit our group of 15 perfectly. From kids to adults, everyone agreed this was a great house with an easy, short walk to the beach. The pool was large, and the surrounding area was great with a large outdoor tv and plenty of outdoor seating/lounging. There were some minor plumbing issues due to being so brand-new, but they were addressed and taken care of immediately by the very responsive property manager. We would definitely stay again at this property and also...

"Great little hidden gem! The views from the back deck are spectacular. My kids enjoyed watching for alligators every day, which we saw about every day! The birds decorating the trees at sunset were a sight to see. We always enjoy our visit at Edisto but staying here made it even better. The house could use some fixing up and the floors needed a good scrub, but we would definitely stay here again; that wouldn't stop us from renting here again. "

"We really enjoyed our first time visiting Hilton Head Island and this older home was a hidden gem surrounded by beautiful beach houses some still being constructed. If you enjoy older homes would definitely recommend place. The views and beach were beautiful and there was shopping and restaurants within fifteen minutes walking distance. The only drawback was the traffic mainly getting there on Saturday but that should be expected. We loved our stay there."

"We had a wonderful stay at the home for the week. Owners communications was excellent and if we needed anything, I felt like they would have responded immediately. The location is perfect, private boardwalk to the beach and the pool and deck was just right. The beach was amazing and the ocean a blast… . Garage parking, plenty of storage, could not ask for more. "We had an excellent time here. The house was perfect for the three generations of our family. Our grandchildren enjoyed the games and toys, and the youngest toddler had plenty of room to safely roam about the living room. We enjoyed the covered screen porch with the ocean breeze where we read and played board games, or just talked while relaxing in the rocking chairs. The close proximity of the beach was a real hit with everyone. A short walk to enjoy the waves and sand was delightful. Loved...
