"I think Richmann is currently the best hotel in Hat Yai. I was very satisfied staying here. The facilities are complete, there’s a swimming pool, spacious parking with plenty of spaces, and both the interior and exterior design details are truly impressive. Especially love the marble accents in every corner of the interior. The buffet selection offers quite a variety of delicious options. I will definitely come back here on another occasion."

"The use of swimming pool should have better control, not simply allowing anyone to jump in to the pool with t-shirt and long pants. Obviously no control is taken to make sure proper attire used... sad!"
