"Absolutely loved this place! Was beautiful just like in the pictures. Super clean and the bed was so comfortable! Love how it has the washer and dryer, super helpful with a toddler. Both rooms had floor fans in them (huge plus). They even had noise machines if needed! Everything had been thought of and provided (extra trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc). The Duvet body wash/soap smells so good!! The location of the property is perfect. Several places nearby to eat, get coffee and not...

"Everything was perfect about this property. Location, cleanliness, comfort. We were stuck in the Dallas airport for two days and missed out on two days of our stay, but the place was still there and ready for us when we arrived. The area was very walkable and UBERs were plentiful. The only thing to be aware of is the weekend was a little noisy due to partying, but they were having fun...so what can you say. Thank you Stay Duvet."

"All as as advertised and very easy process to reserve and check in and outUnit is nice and the bed was excellent. Kitchen is well stocked to cook . We chose to eat out as there are great little places all over the neighborhood. Great location with walking access to King St. and to drive anywhere. Recommend renting a small sub compact vehicle as streets are narrow and parking spots are tight. We’d recommend this unit and Stay Duvet management "

"The property had easy access to everything within 10-20 minutes depending where you wanted to go. A lot of great restaurants all within walking distance. Communication with the owners was great. We didn’t have sheets for the pullout couch and they had someone drop them off immediately for us. Full kitchen and all towels. Only downfall was We did have to buy TP as only 2 rolls were there and you can hear everything outside. There isn’t a noise barrier to the sheet since it’s an older building so...
