"We were very pleased with this VRBO rental. We decided to stay in Newport last minute and feel fortunate this was available. It is a short drive to the center of Thames, but it is also walkable (if you don’t have a bad knee). The apartment is bright, clean and had everything we needed. Parking was not an issue. We will look to stay here again. Don’t hesitate to rent this beautiful apartment. "

"My husband, 2 kids (ages 6 and 2), and myself stayed here for 1 week. I wouldn't stay here again, nor would I recommend it to people. On the positive side--the views are absolutely beautiful (make sure you get a room with a balcony), free onsite parking, shuttle service to downtown offered Thursday-Sunday, friendly staff, good AC, and the size of the room was comfortable and had 2 large sized bathrooms. On the bad side, when we checked in the room was not properly cleaned. We found pieces of...

"Wonderful place to stay during our trip to Newport! The place was clean, tastefully, decorated, and had beautiful views of the harbor. The host was responsive and was even kind enough to have wine and snacks waiting for us upon arrival.Although there was some street noise from the Thames street nightlife, there were a number of fans and white noise machines available throughout the condo, which made the noise a non-issue. Overall, would highly recommend this place for anybody looking for a place...
