"Quaint and cute, newly remodeled home just steps to downtown Wickford for shopping and restaurants. Short drive to town beach and playground. Blending the old with new bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen/appliances. High ceilings, new windows and refurbished hardwoods. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen and laundry. Very quiet with marsh view. "House was very clean and well maintained. Communication was clear and detailed and host answered questions quickly. We had four adults over 40 years old and having the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen was perfect. The location is awesome to get to Newport quickly for events and to do local events in Middletown and Portsmouth. We enjoyed our time and would definitely book this location again with our family. There was a grill and fire-pit but we did not have the change...
