"we arrived by taxi that could barely get to location, parking lot (dirt) above thru narrow street. couldn't find location. called host, took almost an hour to finally meet, then location wasn't in jesla which was disappointing because location was described differently. further, no AC. further we expressed issues and tried to find reasonable solution but they wouldn't work with us. we didn't receive any reimbursement, we had to leave and find another place. "

"Esperaba más del hotel y me decepcionó, en mi paso por Split de 4 dias, el dia 1 y 4 no los cuento ya que llegue muy tarde el primer día y el 4 me fui muy temprano. En cuanto al servicio de limpieza deficiente es poco, no se hizo el aseo de mi habitación lo cual se lo mencioné al administrador y le di a entender que dos veces que no se hiciera era mucho. Incluido a lo anterior no hubo cambio de toallas. En cuanto al desayuno deficiente, poca variedad, empezaba de 8 a 10 y si ibas a las 9 ya casi...
