"This was, without question, the worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. I have travelled extensively across Europe, the Americas, and Asia for both work and leisure, and this experience fell far below any reasonable 5-star standard especially disappointing as it was our honeymoon. From the start, the experience was disorganised. We had emailed the hotel in advance with our arrival time, yet upon arrival we were informed we were booked on a later boat, creating immediate confusion and stress....

"Not a great experience here. Room was dirty. Alarms went off in the middle of the night - 3 times in one night. Overall resort is quite dated."

"Beautiful spot, accommodation good. Felt a little unwelcome because even the handwashing and detergents had Baybliss written all over them, as if we might steal them. Never had this anywhere we have stayed before. Having said that, owners were lovely and it is a beautiful place to stay."

"The area is beautiful and the property have good potential to be excellent, but the place was not clean enough, the place smells when you arrive and a lot of messages no pleasant in the walls. When we tried to use the toast there was an electricity cut, was hard to find the switch. Most of utensils and furniture no the best quality, very restrictive with soap and a lot of little details that makes lost the potential of the place."

"Muy buena experiencia! Cuando llegamos al aeropuerto, nos estaban esperando para llevarnos y hacer el check in. En todo momento se ocuparon de nuestro equipaje hasta que nos dejaron adelante de nuestro bungalow. La persona que manejaba el transfer, nos fue haciendo una visita guiada mientras que llegábamos al hotel. Muy buena predisposición! Las instalaciones son muy buenas, bien equipadas. Por estar alojados en el complejo, tenías acceso a los deportes de playa sin cargo. Muy buena...
