"The room was very clean and the property is family and pet friendly which we liked. The only ding was the additional fees that VRBO tacked on. Pay close attention to your beginning price which states “all fees included” and the additional fees once you continue with booking. This is not the hosts fault and we would stay there again. Very short walk on the property to the beach."

The only issue we had was the residents in the other rooms were less than friendly, this isn't anything the room owner could help. I'm assuming they have had a bad experience with other visitors. "First time staying here, both at this condo and at this beach. No issues. Clean and convenient. We could see the ocean from the front windows. Chose this property based on proximity to the beach. Comfortable bed. Room stayed cool. Plenty of hot water. There was a dehumidifier running in the kitchen. The only downside was there was no place to hang clothes, except in the bathroom.
