"Right from check-in, the service was impeccable. We were welcomed with fresh juices for the whole family and driven to the villa in a buggy. With breakfast provided, and a meal allowance, we were well fed throughout. Breakfast alone included bread basket, smoothies, appetiser plate, main, soup and a fruit combo. "台風の影響でスタッフの方には大変お世話になりました。飛行機が遅延になりチェックインに間に合わずそれに対する対応には本当に感謝しています。スタッフの方とのメールのやり取りには心配していただいたり心温まるお言葉をいただき励みになりました。客室も綺麗に整理されていて日常生活を送る備品が全て揃っていたので助かりました。今回初めての沖縄旅行いろいろありましたがスタッフの方のおかげで楽しい旅行になりいい思い出ができました。ありがとうございました。"

"It's a good property with lots of features and very suitable for larger groups. Some areas of improvements which I think are necessary. There is a cctv camera located by the main entry, which is also visible from the shower entry, main bathroom area and access to toilet, I was not comfortable with this. Secondly, the shower stall had a copper stain on the shower floor, I suspect this is from the rust on the shower door. The shower also didn't have any hot water. Lastly, the wifi pw provided is...
