"The property is very well maintained. Excellent parking on site. Newer construction/renovations & very clean. Great balcony. You can hear the ocean at night and see it during the daytime. Union street is convenient to everything. We will be back for sure. Easy under 10 minute walk to the beach. "

"C'est la deuxième fois que nous allons à cet endroit, dans le même appartement. Nous apprécions la proximité de la plage. La connexion internet fonctionnait bien et la télé également contrairement à l'an dernier. Nous aimons cet endroit, car il y a un frigo, un micro-ondes et un four pour cuisiner. Essentiel avec des enfants :-) Les draps et serviettes n'ont pas été changés, mais nous ne l'avons pas demandé. J'aurais aimé avoir une petite moppe pour ramasser le sable sur le plancher. "

Only downside was communication with Vacasa: they always answered but didn’t necessarily address the issue, ie I struggled with the electronic door lock, was leaving for the weekend, they said the owner would come address it but when I returned 3 days later it had been left unlocked all weekend.
