"The place is a paradise, but keep in mind that staying there means having nowhere to eat or have a drink after 9 p.m., and the food and drinks there are excessively expensive. Additionally, the reception staff try to take advantage of guests, to the point of making unauthorized charges in order to get more money, such as unauthorized tips or non-resident taxes. The service could definitely be better considering the very high price of the place."

"After booking, we repeatedly messaged the hotel for directions and only got a reply at 7:55am on check-in day, telling us the only boat left Cartagena at 8:15am. No way to make it.
