"We stayed in the Precipice Tiny House for 4 nights and we loved it! It is only a half hour away from Bar Harbor and we liked all the amenities it had to offer. Will definitely have to check out the wellness center next time!"

"We went for our daughter’s senior trip and this property was amazing. Beautiful views, quiet, enjoyed the kayaks too! Would definitely stay again. The only issue we had was running out of hot water pretty quickly. A family of five and maybe 2 could get consecutive hot showers."

"This was the most amazing experience. Everything was perfect. We had everything we needed and was able to take a five minute drive to a nearby IGA for food and supplies, and had lovely restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the short drive to the bottom of Long Pond for hiking and a peaceful, beautiful place to read and sit to start and end our days. The campground was just so peaceful and beautiful. I highly recommend."

"Our cottage was absolutely perfect for our family. The thoughtful touches such as the games, travel coffee mugs and well stocked fire pit and activity closet make this rental stand out against all the others. The whole property was spotless and beautiful. Conveniently located to the park and some excellent lobster rolls. I cannot say enough good things. We very much enjoyed our stay, only wishing it was longer."

"The cottage was very clean and had all the amenities. Unfortunately the microwave did not work and guest service did not about it. Neither did the local contact. Had bought home cooked food and the lack of a microwave was very bad."

"We stayed just over a week and really enjoyed all of it. The facility and property in general weee great; our hosts made everything easy and prepared the Yurt beautifully. We had not stayed in one before, but were very pleasantly surprised. They even provided eye covers and earplugs if you wanted to use them. I did not use them, but I thought it evidence of the attention to detail. You should try it!"

There are 4 bedrooms, but the listing may not detail exactly that you have to go through the bedroom at the top of the steps to get to the twin bedroom, then you get to the queen bedroom, then you get to the other queen bedroom, and...

"The pictures don't do the place justice. It was so super clean and nice. Beautiful property. Nice wonderful neighbors. 3 miles from downtown Bar Harbor. I will stay again . Also nice to have 2 restaurants steps away from the house. Beautiful ocean view. I'm so thankful to have found this property. Thank you for the stay. "

"Loved being on the quiet side of the island. Our kids loved looking for crabs and shells at the private beach and wonderland. Access to adventure was excellent. Roasted marshmallows and enjoyed watching the wild life from the big living room windows. Highly recommend!"
