The resort staff services were perfect! From from desk to cleaners to security to waiters etc. were all very good. The facilities were a bit old. Inhouse Wifi connection was poor. Only 1 restaurant for you throughout your stay. But the food were delicious! There is no way to walk out of the resort ...

Ha sido una de los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado. El personal es muy atento, tienes todo tipo de comodidades, el sitio es precioso y tienes la posibilidad de hacer muchas actividades. Totalmente recomendable!

キナバルヴィラに４泊しました。おだやかな海が一望できる清潔かつ快適な部屋に滞在し、自然豊かなリゾートを満喫しました。一緒に行く予定だった娘が直前で体調を崩してしまったため一人旅になりましたが、ひとりでも充分楽しめます。コタキナバルのジェッセルトンポイント（船着場）にあるオフィスでも、チェックインに始まりチェックアウト後の空港へのタクシーの手配などさまざまなサポートをしていただき、有り難かったです。フレンドリーでホスピタリティにあふれたスタッフの方がほとんどでしたが、目をそらして挨拶をしてくださらない方（ごく一部です）がいて残念でした。 ...
