"I stayed with my family for 7 days in August 2024 at the standard hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted by hotel staff who were friendly and attentive. The seaplane process was organized and fast. I didn't have to wait in the lounge. My arrival at the hotel was before the assigned check-in time and my room was ready, which was appreciated.
