"Von den 4 Unterkünften, die wir in diesem Urlaub auf den Azoren hatten, ist dies die Einzige, die wir nicht empfehlen können. Als wir ankamen (Anfang Mai) waren die Temperaturen zwischen 11 und 17 Grad, mit wenigen sonnigen Abschnitten und dann höheren Temperaturen. Das Haus verfügt über keine Heizung, dementsprechend war die Temperatur im Inneren bei 16 Grad und über 80% Luftfeuchtigkeit. Die Wohnung war also kalt und klamm, in den Schränken und Kommoden riecht es modrig. Erst auf Nachfrage...

"Casa muy amplia y acogedora, cuidada. La ubicacion está muy bien ya que puedes aparcar sin problema en los alrededores y puedes llegar al centro en unos 8 min andando. Al entrar dispones de una pequeña terraza donde comer en el exterior. En la planta de abajo hay un salon, la cocina y el baño. En la parte de arriba estan las dos camas de matrimonio. Esta bastante limpia y equipada. Hay mosquiteras en todas las ventanas pero aun asi, siempre entra algun insecto. Nos ha gustado mucho. "

"The location of this property is spectacular. Just steps to a beautiful little beach and a fantastic view of Pico. The unit is very spacious and the front deck is a great place to hang out with views of the farm fields, Pico mountain and the ocean. Some items in the unit could use some updating such as coffee maker, toaster and pillows. Otherwise it had everything we needed. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this Family home. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. If there was something extra that we required, a message to Jorge , the owner, or Marco, the co- host , and the matter would be resolved, almost immediately. Everything was so clean and orderly. The view from the front yard was spectacular! Thank you Jorge and family , and Marco and Carla. You helped make our vacation that much more memorable. "
