"Perfect location! Walkable to the time square location, yet in a quite area. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a huge bonus. The first morning we opened our shades, we saw dolphins! Only thing missing was an iron. I was uncertain who to contact, but the shower did not drain and the security latch made if very difficult to open and close the door since it was broken.
