"Very clean and well furnished duplex apartment, could have been stocked a little better in the kitchen, ice maker did not work, toilet roll missing in the bathroom. Very aggressive dog that lives next door. My dog was terrified to go outside, but nice area in the front side and back to let her out. Very easy walk to the beach along a public access area which was right in front of the house. Quiet Street, backs up to pickleball courts and a dog park. Very nice place to take my dog to get...

We were stuck in the Dallas airport for two days and missed out on two days of our stay, but the place was still there and ready for us when we arrived. The area was very walkable and UBERs were plentiful. The only thing to be aware of is the weekend was a little noisy due to partying, but they were having fun...so what can you say. "The property had easy access to everything within 10-20 minutes depending where you wanted to go. A lot of great restaurants all within walking distance. Communication with the owners was great. We didn’t have sheets for the pullout couch and they had someone drop them off immediately for us. Full kitchen and all towels. Only downfall was We did have to buy TP as only 2 rolls were there and you can hear everything outside. There isn’t a noise barrier to the sheet since it’s an older building so...
