"They stayed in touch with us from the day we booked until the we checked out. Always willing to answer questions about the home or the area. The home was a dream for those visiting family or the local tourism areas. All the amenities, a great kitchen, comfy beds and so much more. A must stay when you're in the Charleston area. "

"The owner was lovely. She answered all questions immediately. Easy access to enter the house. House was very clean. We all loved the screened in back porch with wooden swing and day bed! We used this porch every day!!! Very convenient location to beach and grocery store. Easy walk to the beach. The pictures aren't totally accurate as to the exact furniture, but it was nice. We would stay again. "

The space was clean and felt like home, and the location relative to downtown, the beach, and local spots was ideal. Our family travels to the Charleston area every year, and i believe we’ve found our new home away from home!"

"This was a perfect rental for our short time in Charleston, and the owners provided some of the best communication of any property I’ve stayed at. The property is conveniently located just outside the historic area in a charming residential neighborhood. If you plan to sightsee in the historic district, I would advise keeping your car at the home and using a ride-share service, since parking is limited and expensive in the historic district. "Our group really enjoyed our stay at Mo’s place. The house was very clean and well equipped. We were about 20 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the beach. We were able to easily get Ubers to both places. Great spot!"
