"Cleaning of the room was very poorly done and very late. One day we came back from our daytrip and was not cleaned yet. Second day we arrived at night and the door of the bed room was left fully opened with a cradle!! Service personnel were very nice and offered a free breakfasr, it was nice and nothing finally happened, all was ok inside the room. Thank god it was Japan!"

"Great location for air plane spotting. The lounge at 8F is awesome, can enjoy the view and have some drinks. Place is brand new, in perfect condition. Parking is convenient, and plenty."

"The hotel is old and it hasn’t received an update in a while, that is our main complaint. Also, it is a bit far from everything, and there are some festivities that have been shut down, for example, a pool in the beach. Also, not all restaurants open every day, and we had some days at the beach where the beach restaurant was closed and that was really inconvenient. Aside from that, the staff is really helpful. The beach is very nice. There are many activities you can purchase at the beach...

"The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, to include extra pillows, help navigating the temperature remote and recommendations for dinner - Taco King! Be aware if you get in late, the dining options are limited in the local area since most close by 8pm. The room was very comfortable, CLEAN, had all the amenities that you would need and very spacious!! We stayed the 3rd week in October for 1 night. The views from the balcony...

"The hotel is quite nice, well located for beach vacation. Service is very good and there are 4 restaurants and cafes to choose from. Room has a very good size and clean. I guess all rooms have stunning views from the sea. The only two bad things are: swimming pool is very small with few sunbeds. Breakfast is good but no tropical fresh fruit nor fresh juices. A big disappointment when you expect good and fresh fruit in a tropical island. Besides that everything was perfect. "
