"Das war ein fantastischer Aufenthalt in diesem großen Haus mit vielen unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten für Sonne, für Schatten oder auch mit Überdachung bei Regen. Eigentlich ist das Haus für viel mehr als nur 2 Personen geeignet. Die Vermieter verbringen hier ihre Weihnachten mit der gesamten Familie. Man merkt, dass es nicht nur ein Ferienhaus ist. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand, nur wenige Schritte quasi vom Hausstrand entfernt. Ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt....

"Die Villa ist sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war absolut phantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Carlo prima. Wir könnten uns vorstellen, noch einmal dort Urlaub zu machen. "

"Ein stilvolles und perfektes Ferienhaus für einen fantastischen Aufenthalt ! ! ! Das Haus liegt (mit Fahrzeugen) gut erreichbar im kleinen Ort und der Strand ist nur eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Mit genügend Schlaf- und Badezimmern ist die Villa ideal auch für größere Gruppen. Wohnraum und Küche sind voll ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und Liegeflächen, Terrasse und Grillplatz läßt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Highlight ist jedoch Carlo als Gastgeber - He's the Man ! immer erreichbar,...

"Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Das Haus ist innen wie aussen sehr gepflegt uns sehr sauber. Simonetta und Francesco haben es sehr, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.Der persönliche Checkin und Checkout hat uns gutgefallen, beide sind sehr, sehr nett. "Villa looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen is modern with an induction stove and every mod con. Tv has access to Netflix, Disney etc. There is a PS5 to keep the children happy. On the whole a nice villa to stay in. A bit remote in October has not much is open in this area, though in summer it'll be fine."

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Porto Pino est une petite station balnéaire magnifique principalement fréquentée par des italiens. La région du sud est superbe. La location, parfaitement propre concerne une partie de la villa d'environ 80 m² intérieur plus un patio et une magnifique terrasse aménagée et éclairée donnant sur un magnifique terrain arboré sans aucun vis avis. L'autre partie de la résidence peut être habité par les propriétaires mais sans aucune proximité. La climatisation...

In mezzo al verde, a 200 metri dalla spiaggia e a 1 km dal porto di Carloforte, dove si trova ogni comfort a portata di passeggiata. La parte esterna è particolarmente ben costruita: il soggiorno apre su una veranda protetta da vetri scorrevoli. Di solito, spirano brezze piacevoli e rinfrescanti.
