"This tenth floor ocean front condo is positioned for great views and good times. The inside is nicely updated with views of the island town and the beach. Dishes, toilet paper, towels and just about anything you could need are provided including beach towels. Beach amenities are stored just a few yards down the hall from the unit in a secure storage closet. Outside, your parking spot is covered so that you need not get the hot seat, and a pair of bikes are just outside the front building...

"We needed a one night stay in Marco Island during an extremely busy tourist time and this was one of only a few places available on the island at a fair cost. The owner and checkin process were great! The location is not prime but for us it was fine. The unit was clean but parts of the interior are quite worn. It is only steps away from the very popular Snook Inn and it has a nice pool in the complex. Overall if I needed a short stay again, I would recommend it!"

"We enjoyed our four day stay on Marco Island. The condo is very clean with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The building is well maintained with beautiful gardens, a relaxing pool, and a nice tennis court. You couldn’t ask for a better location with public beach access directly across the street and restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and toys are ready to use. There are even washers & dryers on each floor at the end of the building. Great overall...

"We stayed a month at the Aquarius Condominiums. Studio had all the essentials we needed. Great beach chairs. umbrella and cooler. Bed very comfortable. Good location to several restaurants. Plenty of parking. Very nice pool area. We enjoyed our stay there and love Marco Island. The owners were quick to response with any questions you might have. Check in and check out very easy."

"This unit provided all items needed for a great day at the beach - plenty of beach towels, beach cart, umbrella, sand toys, and four chairs. Super convenient especially when flying in. Just a heads up for families with children - the condo complex does close the pool half hour after sunset. My kids like to swim later evenings after supper but we’re not able to here."

"Beach access is great and convenient! All the chairs, umbrella and beach wagon made hitting the gorgeous beach easy. Pool area is so nice and lush, really enjoyed our stay. Only wish is for a larger bed in the bedroom, otherwise, perfect!"
