"This hotel is very nice: it is clean with friendly, helpful staff, room service, and free breakfast. The room has hot water, is spacious, and features a comfortable bed with plush pillows. It also offers good air conditioning and a convenient location near shops. The staff are accommodating to our needs, providing quick service and assistance. "Our favorite place to stay in the Tacloban area. The staff is always wonderful and the restaurant downstairs is great. If you don’t want to be in the city, this is the perfect place. "
