"The property was exactly as it looked in the pictures, it was airy, clean and spacious with lots of room for the whole group to get together but plenty of quieter space for some 'me time'. "Extremely comfortable bungalow in a tranquil setting overlooking a Loch. It was equipped to a very high standard - even better than we had imagined. Our host Anne replied promptly when we contacted her. The location was ideal - halfway between Tarbert and Stornoway. We were a party of three generations and it suited everybody. If we return to Lewis and Harris, we would look no further than 7 Habost!"

"This was a comfortable, roomy cottage. We used it as a home base for exploring the Isles of Harris and Lewis. The owners were friendly and very responsive. This is still one of the spots we rave about after our trip. There is a great little coffee/tea/shop just at the end of the drive with a friendly proprietor and even friendlier doggo. "

I would highly recommend the motorhome option on the Hebrides — but only —if people are comfortable driving a large vehicle on some very tiny Scottish roads.
