"The elevator situation was extremely slow and frustrating! The rooms lockboxes do not work. The hotel is set back in an alley that is not too nice. The buffet was too crowded and just ok. The staffs are friendly. The door boys are very helpful and would carry the heavy luggages up and down the stairs."

"Beautiful villas and facilities. We had 3 bedrooms villas with pool which was great. The AC is great, it keeps the villa nice and cool at all times. Bed is comfy which is a bonus. From the moment we checked in and checked out, the service was wonderful. Access to Vinwonders is easy via shuttle bus. The only feedback would be perhaps get the staff more trained regarding directing passenger boarding on the transport vehicles. We had lots of unruly and visitors without manners who cut through the...
