"Beautiful villas and facilities. We had 3 bedrooms villas with pool which was great. The AC is great, it keeps the villa nice and cool at all times. Bed is comfy which is a bonus. From the moment we checked in and checked out, the service was wonderful. Access to Vinwonders is easy via shuttle bus. The only feedback would be perhaps get the staff more trained regarding directing passenger boarding on the transport vehicles. "Definitely worth getting a bungalow or upgrading to one which I did! The room was spacious, well kept, and the bathroom was glorious. It really did make my stay extra special. Huge resort which made it feel very open and peaceful. The beach is a hidden gem and all facilities well maintained (apart from a lack of airconditioning in the gym!) Buffet breakfast was fairly standard but fresh. Staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. "

"3度目の宿泊です。部屋は27階、最上階のオーシャンビュー。 今回 のトラブルは部屋に入ってすぐにエアコンが調整できないこと、最終的に 電気技師さんが入って コントローラーを交換し無事に エアコンが調整できるようになりました。 清潔な客室については カーペットのシミが気になりました。 朝食がとても美味しいのがこのホテルの良いところです。宿泊客が多いので ７時頃から食事会場はとても混みます。 ホテルスタッフも覚えていてくれる人が何人かとても嬉しく思いました。 今回お世話になった ツアーデスクの女性にも大変お世話になり 日本旅行に行った彼女とは話が弾みました。"
