"My family had a wonderful stay here. The view was amazing, the pool was huge and the space was perfect for our needs. The main space is not air conditioned and it did get pretty warm during the day but it didn't really didn't have a big impact on my family. The bedrooms have ac. The boathouse was an awesome apartment for my grandson. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill was adequate."

"When we arrived the instructions were very clear and if we had a question they responded really quickly! I came with 4 friends and everything was clean, there was some chocolates on the table and it was really welcoming :) Also the house is fully equiped with towels, hygene things and the kitchen has a lot of things included such as rice cooker or minioven. The location is perfect, as is a quiet place and not far from anything!!! (just the birds at night that make the noise hahah)"

"This house could not have been more perfect for our summer vacation for our family of 10. We all enjoyed the beautifully designed, very clean pool. Location was close to beach and other places we wanted to visit. Communication with owner was excellent -- we particularly appreciated the booklet sent to us before our trip that outlined fun things to do and places to see. Don't miss the tour of Mountain Thunder coffee plantation! The entire trip was a thoroughly great experience!"

"Our stay was wonderful. We appreciated the details like having beach equipment and a cooler available and night lights in the condo. The well equipped kitchen and washer dryer really helped our family for the logistics of life. We loved the beach access for the kiddos to play in the sand (not a swimming beach) and watch sunsets. The location was perfect and access to groceries and restaurants as well island activities. Mahalo for a great stay!"

"Unless you're staying in one of the other 7 units with private access to the beach, I don't think you can find a better location anywhere! The view and beach access at this townhouse are simply unparalleled! The pool and the grounds themselves are stunning and even the non-oceanfront side of the building is quite private and beautifully landscaped.The unit is somewhat dated, but that is reflected in the pricing and we found it very much as we were expecting. "We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great home base for exploring Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and other sights on the Big Island. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfy. We walked to the ocean in the morning for great views of the coast and spent a lot of time on the screened porch enjoying the trees and flowers in the yard. They even grow their own pineapples!
